Weili International: It is estimated that the owner of the 2022 fiscal year should account for about 46 million yuan

On September 15, 2022, the Hong Kong stock listed company Wizhong International (code: 01002.HK) released the 2022 annual annual report performance preview. As of July 31, 2022, it is expected to increase losses. The loss is about RMB 46 million, and the company's industry is industrial machinery.

The company made the above prediction based on the following reasons: (i) revenue decreased by about 50%, mainly due to the significant decrease in the amount of the three existing customers in the group, and the cautious business and economic environment led to the overall reduction of other customers' order; (ii) Property, factory and equipment impairment of approximately RMB 11,000,000; (III) Disposal property, plant and equipment loss of more than RMB 10,000,000, mainly including disposal of idle and abandoned machine costs. The revenue of the year ended 11th; and (IV) Group's divisions of the company accounting for about 60%of the net profit of Vietnamese companies.

Weili International Group Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in plastic injection molding business. The company operates through three business segments. Plastic injection molding division is engaged in manufacturing and sales of plastic injection molding products and parts. The assembly electronic product branch is engaged in assembly and sales of electronic products. Mold design and manufacturing division engage in manufacturing and sales of plastic injection molding molds.
