The Long March 6th Loe Rocket is a low -temperature liquid three -level carrier rocket developed by the Eighth Hospital of China Aerospace Technology Group Co., Ltd.. Due to the large number of star arrow machinery and electrical interfaces, in order to meet the requirements of multi -star satellite layout and control roads, the long -six development team has designed a multi -star layout bearing cylinder and multi -star separation control solution to ensure the matching and coordination of the star arrow interface. At the same time, due to the high requirements of multi -star launch, the separation design is difficult. In order to send 16 satellites to the predetermined orbit, the model has been carried out several times. The optimization design of the separation scheme is finally adopted by the batch separation schemes. By adjusting the arrow posture and increased posture of positive push before separation, the multi -star separation security and the accuracy of the orbit are ensured. For 16 satellites in the tightly layout of the rectifier, the space intersects each other, the connection space is small, the operation is difficult, and the operation is more difficult. The model is reasonably arranged to avoid risks through human -machine simulation, docking drills.

This task is the launch task of the Long March 6 Launar Rockets again in the summer. According to the characteristics of the Long March 6 carrier rocket "Sanping" measurement mode and no support for launch, the model team has further carried out the characteristics of the summer thunderstorm days. The LDM management team has a total of 5 production insurance groups to effectively complete the work during the launching site through the "pre -planning+control" and "careful operation+fine management", and use the digital management system of the launch field to the quality of various work quality. The records were checked and confirmed to improve the efficiency of the quality confirmation of the launch field, and ensure that the day of the day was completed.
