With the support of municipal financial funds at the Beijing Institute of Science and Technology, the Institute of City Safety and Environmental Sciences Institute of Professional Harm Harm Prevention and Control Research Team for professional noise management and prevention and control needs, targeting noise operators in place, existing professional noise noise The measurement method has problems such as lack of quality control, uncertainty measurement results, and doubt about data reliability. Methods will provide strong technical support for the noise exposure, noise traceability of noise sources, and noise prevention target recognition of the personnel of the operating venue.

This research is based on the microprocessor platform, which integrates micro -microphone and wireless testing technology to develop uncertainty to meet the level 2 standards required by the "Electric Sound Sound Speed ​​Section: Specifications", on -site calibration, and range range of 45 ~ 130dba. The front -end device of wireless acoustic transmission can realize the real -time measurement of operators' noise exposure. Based on the miniature acoustic test system and positioning technology, the noise distribution of operating venues has been developed by the operating venue, the rapid measurement of the operators, the traceability analysis algorithm of the operator's noise exposure, and the professional noise detection and prevention target identification application system. , An individual noise exposure assessment and noise prevention target recognition. Professional noise exposure detection devices and application systems developed can not only be used as a new type of tool for professional noise testing for detection service agencies, but also can be used for enterprises to independently conduct professional noise testing. Workers' hearing is of great significance.

Relevant research results have been declared 2 invention patents, and five practical new patents have been authorized. The development of equipment prototypes that have been developed have been preliminary applied in relevant technical services and achieved expected results. In the next stage, researchers will further improve related technologies and equipment in combination with actual application scenarios, accelerate productization development of related technologies, and achieve promotion and application.
