Wang Yadong, a professor and doctoral supervisor of Harbin Institute of Technology, Executive Dean of the School of Medicine and Health, President of the Institute of Biological Information Technology, Director of the Ministry of Biological Bio -Data Education, Chief Scientist of the "100,000 Genome Plan for China", degree in the State Council Member of the Computer Review Group of the Commission, a member of the Chinese Human Pathum Group Research Cooperation Group (HPCC). Professor Wang Yadong has been engaged in the research of biological information algorithms for a long time. He has published more than 100 papers in important biological information journals, and has won 1 second prize of national scientific and technological progress and 2 first prizes in Heilongjiang Natural Science. Its representative results include: Create the world's first self -and -family genome browser PGBrowser and FGBROWSER, establish the world's first genome non -linear representation and analysis algorithm system. Report Abstract

Large -scale genome plans have become an important way to promote biomedicine and healthy development. With the explosive growth of high -throughput sequencing data, accurate and efficient large -scale genome data analysis has become an important bottleneck and challenge. In the past 20 years, Harbin Institute of Technology has continued to focus on the research of large -scale genome data analysis core algorithms. It has independently developed nearly 100 high -efficiency and accurate genome data analysis algorithms. For the first time in the world, genome non -linear representation and analysis algorithm system has been established. Home -based genome browsers and other representative algorithms and systems. These efficient algorithms have been successfully applied to my country's first large -scale genome program "China 100,000 Genome Project", and found that more than 290 million Chinese crowd genome mutations were discovered. The mutation map has laid an important scientific foundation for the future development of important areas such as genome science and biomedicine in my country.
