Recently, the Hangzhou Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission on the Municipal Engineering Research Center in 2022", which was led by the Hangzhou Research Institute of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology (referred to as the Xi Electric Hangzhou Research Institute), and jointly reported to it. The "Industrial Internet Safety and Intelligent Protection Technology Hangzhou Engineering Research Center" (referred to as engineering research center) jointly established by Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhongdian Anke Modern Technology Co., Ltd. and Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology was successfully approved.

As one of the key areas of my country's "new infrastructure" strategy, the Industrial Internet is a new economic ecology, key infrastructure, and new application models of the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and industrial economy, mainly including the three parts of the network, platform and security. "The network is the foundation, the platform is the core, and the security is the protection." As the prerequisite for the development of the industrial Internet, the industrial Internet security is related to economic development, social stability, and national security.

At present, with the profound changes in the global network security situation and the rapid development of the deep integration of the industrial Internet, the security situation of the industrial Internet is more complicated and severe. Generally speaking, there are four characteristics of the industrial Internet security. The first is to cover the main body, and the industrial Internet security extends from the outside of the factory to the inside of the factory, including equipment security, control security, network security, application security, and data security. The second is a wide range of influence. The Industrial Internet connects the industrial site and the Internet, so that the network attack can reach the front line directly. The third is to cause large losses, network security and production security, and more serious safety incidents. Once the industrial Internet is attacked, it will not only affect industrial production and operation, but also cause safety production accidents and cause serious losses to the people's lives and property. If the attack occurs in important fields such as energy, aerospace, it will also endanger the overall safety of the country. The fourth is complex protection. The industrial Internet security protection ideas need to be separated on the basis of domain isolation to strengthen dynamics, collaboration, and systematic and safe protection.

It is reported that the engineering research center will focus on the industrial Internet security joint technology, the establishment of high -end think tanks and security guarantee bases for enterprises, the construction of the industrial Internet security shooting range platform, and the establishment of a regional industrial Internet letter and innovation service capabilities as the main tasks. The purpose is to ensure the security of the national industrial Internet and support the strategy of strengthening the Internet; strengthen the analysis of data collection, intelligent security protection and testing capabilities, and respond to new challenges of technological development; make up for the talent supply chain, cultivate composite high -tech engineering talents; enhance the sustainable development of the industrial chain to develop Ability to help industrial digitalization.
