In order to deepen the scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and South Korea and promote the exchanges and pragmatic cooperation between the two parties in the field of quantum technology, on the afternoon of September 26, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of China and South Korea's establishment of diplomatic relations — "Science and Technology Win -win" China -South Korea Quantum Technology Cooperation Development Forum Successfully held online. With the support of the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology and the Chinese Embassy in South Korea, the forum was sponsored by the China Science and Technology Exchange Center (CSTEC) and the Korean Central Science and Technology Innovation Center (Kostic). Quantum technology is a key core technology field for human future. The forum aims to provide a platform for communication and close cooperation for both scientists on both sides, and empowers the wisdom of research and development and application cooperation between quantum technology.

Han Yongnan proposed that China and South Korea have done a lot of constructive work in promoting the development of quantum technology.
