Parking facility area division

The central urban area is divided into core areas and general areas.

1. Core areas: west of Qiantong Avenue, north of Jiuhe Road, east of Yingbin Avenue, and south of Yongji Road (including the above roads).

2. General areas: districts except the core area of ​​the central urban area (high -speed compound area).

Parking facilities supporting construction or inside medical institutions, parking facilities constructed by stations, and government pricing three -dimensional parking facilities are not divided into regional categories, and a unified charging standard is implemented. Other parking facilities are priced according to the area.

Division of parking facilities (except for medical institutions) during parking hours (except for medical institutions) is divided into day and night:

During the day: from 7:00 (inclusive) to 21:00.

Night period: from 21:00 (inclusive) to 7:00 the next day.

(4) Vehicles parked in free parking and free time in the designated urban roads, and taxis for dedicated temporary parking berths set up in urban roads are avoided for free parking service fees.

(5) Entering vehicles with a supporting construction of a medical institution or a parking lot of parking lots less than 60 minutes; vehicles entering other parking lots for less than 30 minutes.

(6) In order to encourage the promotion and use of new energy vehicles, the free parking time for new energy vehicles is 60 minutes (including 60 minutes), and after 60 minutes, it is implemented in accordance with the standard parking fee standards for ordinary motor vehicles.

(7) Other vehicles stipulated in law and regulations should be exempted from vehicle parking service fees.

The "Notice" requires that the parking lot facility operators shall strictly strictly observe the service items, service content and price or valuation methods in a significant way in accordance with the clear price. The "Notice" has been tried on the date of issuance, and the trial period is two years. After the expiration, formal charging standards are formulated according to the actual situation.
