In order to ensure the normal development of education and teaching in colleges and universities, and stabilize the charging policy, with the consent of the provincial government, the tuition fees and related matters of public universities in our province are clearly clarified as follows:

1. General education tuition standard for education

(1) Basic tuition standards for each student of undergraduate schools and college schools for each student: Literature, law, history, philosophy, and education, 4,000 yuan, science, engineering, agricultural, economics, management, and education in education. 4,500 yuan in physical education, 5,400 yuan in medical majors, and 8,000 yuan in art majors in non -art colleges (6,000 yuan for art theory and other majors in art enrollment).

(2) Basic tuition standards for each school year of higher vocational colleges: 4,800 yuan in grammar, financial and financial major, 5,000 yuan in science and engineering agriculture and medicine, and 7,000 yuan in art majors.

(3) Tuition fee standards for double first -class construction colleges can float by about 15%on the basis of prescribed basic tuition fees. The provincial doctoral degree granted rights universities and high -quality universities can float about 5%on the basis of the prescribed basic tuition standards. Fourth, other matters

(1) The tuition standard stipulated in this notice is the highest charging standard. The tuition fees for public universities are managed in accordance with administrative and dedicated fees, and the charging income is fully paid into the finance, and the "two lines of income and expenditure" are implemented. After the school collects tuition fees, it is not allowed to collect separately from experiments, internships, thesis counseling, and graduation thesis defense. (2) Chinese -foreign cooperative school education, online education, adult education, non -full -time graduate education, and full -time MBA, MEM, MPA, and MPACC graduate education in public universities.
