If I am a primary school teacher

If I am a primary school teacher, I will never recognize the children in the school as the nasty little guy and the annoying little devil; whether smart, stupid, clean, and dirty, I must call them "children". Essence Otherwise, I am not enough to be their friends, and I have to resign.

I will pay special attention to develop a good habit of children. I want to say the word "education", in the deep aspects, some experts can write huge works; however, to the superficial aspects, the phrase "developing good habits" also illustrates its meaning.

Of course, I want to teach children to read, but I do not take the teachings, teach reading to recognize the ultimate goal. I want to develop a good habit of children's language in this regard.

A word, not only makes them know how to read, how to write, but also to make them know what it means and limit, and how to use it properly.

In a sentence, not only makes them know how to say, how to say, but also to make them know its tone and mood, which occurrence should be appropriate.

A story not only makes them understand what they say, but also to develop their consciousness.

A poem not only makes them understand what they chant, but also to cultivate their emotions. Teaching and reading are just means. The good habits of developing their language are the good habits of thought, which is the ultimate purpose.

I will never teach children to sing uniformly in various subjects like monks. What does it mean to have little relationship with understanding and feelings, so what's the point of singing some sentences?

I believe book is a tool or by virtue, but not the only tool or by virtue.

When the child is naughty, or when doing his homework is stupid, I will never raise my hand and beat them on their bodies. After fighting, the painful feeling disappeared at most a few minutes; it was important, making them red and swollen, and there was no trace every day or two; this did not seem to have much to do.

I also have to be friends of children's family members, and they are generally the same as their kindness and loyalty. Children in their families are more time than in school; I have to develop their good habits and must be consistent with their family members.

I want them to the east, but their family members want them to west. I teach them like this, but the family members teach them not to do this. They will wander up, and my mind will be in vain.

If I am a teacher

If I am a middle school teacher, I will never call my industry "teaching", as if I will never call the students in school "reading".

If someone asks me what to do, my answer will be "helping students get experience in doing things", and I will never say "teaching".

I don't want to make abstract morality such as "filial piety", "benevolence", "love" and so on. I think this method is useless, and it is not as nutritious as the professor's "protein" and "fat".

In order to make the students' intentions and performances in line with some virtue, and it is natural and unbelievable, my method is: in one thing, let students develop good habits.

Why do I do the same as them?

First, the first order of obeying conscience should have been "loyal"; second, this can be regarded as an instruction method, providing examples, and fulfilling the responsibility of helping them.

I think I am the same person as a student, and I live the same life as the students; I want students to practice, and I must practice myself; I advise students not to do it, and I will not do it myself.

Because my name is a teacher, and anyone who is in the name of the teacher has the responsibility of helping students.

I don't want to teach students to do well -known things. The Student Autonomous Association was established. The organizational academic research club has been elected by the articles of association to recommend the staff. There will be no following, just like when there is no club; this is unknown.

I said that it is worse than not doing it. It is not a matter of mind that is not as good as one thing. It is advocated that there should be no equipment such as clubs, not libraries, and campus. I just said that those things must be done seriously, and they must be named.

No matter which homework I do, naturally we must recognize the goals of that homework, such as the good habit of training ideas and developing language; At the same time, I don't forget that there is a general goal of various homework, that is, "education" -the citizen that causes sound.

Each homework is like a "spoke" on the wheels. Many spokes must be concentrated on the "axis" of "education" in order to become the entire wheels that promote the movement of the country. Although this concept is abstract, it is important.

Students do things and do things in the future, and they must be comprehensive and inseparable like helping crops and traveling. Can I only care about the division and regardless of the synthesis, and only recognize the goal of my homework and forget the general goal of making a sound citizen? No matter which homework I do, I will never do the work of explanation. From running into the classroom, until the bell rang, I just say a word. I think it is the Chinese class, and it is necessary to let the students try to read the lecture by themselves, seek the meaning of the article, and figure out the rules of the article.

Because they have to read and read newspapers for a lifetime, they must be a single shot, and they must not be able to do nothing. Chinese teachers must not be accompanied by them all their lives to read the book and newspapers.

Teaching students blindly, it is actually tantamount to having to travel outside or do not want anything. Isn't it cruel to destroy their mental activities?

I'm not afraid of the effort of students!

I want to teach them trial reading, trial lectures, trial discussions, trial internships, and do a lot of work, much more than listening to just listening; I want to teach them to be in active position. They haven't tried something, and I will never talk to them in one breath. They tried it before I said.

If I am a university teacher

If I am a university teacher, I still don't call my industry "teaching".

It is reasonable that college students should be able to read books by myself than middle school students. I either messenger and sent them to them by myself, or use the "College Series" or other books to give them textbooks in the Business Press. Look at the ground, don't wait for me to teach.

I take a course. For the entire system or research method of that course, at least one thing is my own thing. According to the so -called "experience", I dare to run into the classroom and talk to the students. painting.

Not only did I give me a little bit, but I also trained them and helped them, and each got them a little. Only in this way, the sum of culture will accumulate more and more, and the culture of culture will be better than ancient times, and tomorrow will exceed today.

This is not "teaching". If someone asks me what this is, my answer will be: "Help students to learn."

I want to be a student, I want students to be my friend. Every student in my class, I must at least know their temperament and habits, and at the same time let them know my temperament and habits.

I not only meet the students in the classroom, but also contact them when I am leisure.

I am not forgetting the general goal of "education"; no matter what course I teach, I have to be responsible for that general goal.

I can't teach students to respect me, because respect and disrespect, in terms of students and not me; but I always have to try their respect in the course of behavior at the same time, because I am their teacher. Getting their respect is not to satisfy my vanity, only because of this to prove that I have responsible for the course at the same time.

No matter when a teacher in elementary school, middle school or university, I will always remember that the students in front of me are preparing to participate in people who have a career. The career is large and small, but all the shapes are necessary; in terms of necessary conditions, large businesses and small undertakings are equal with each other.

Therefore, when a group of students graduated, I would take a look at it one by one: Is Jia enough? Is B? Is C?

If the answer is yes, I am satisfied with myself; because I helped the students that there was no wrong child, I also contributed my mind to the country.
