PART.1

"Multi -industrial rotation separation tree planting device"

Project introduction: "Multi -industrial rotation separation and separation tree planting device" uses a modular design concept to disassemble the tree planting into three steps: drilling soil, planting seedlings and soil covering. Using a separate skateboard with gear driver and outer barriers rotating, only two motors can control the switching of multiple stations and the feed of vertical direction, which greatly streamlines the structure to respond to complex and changeable in the future. Real the actual situation is left to solve the space. The soil covering device uses a DC motor to drive a completely symmetrical crank rocker mechanism to combine the peaceful quadriceps mechanism to achieve the stability and continuity of the device work. Project introduction: "Bionic Rat Woman" provides a bionic mouse woman robot suitable for automatic operations in complex environments. The bionic mouse is mainly composed of shells, legs and positioning boards. The shell is a foldable curved structure, and the four -shot mechanism is used as a flexible surface support to achieve the curling of the overall mechanism. "The beginning of everything is difficult, the first question we face is to choose a topic." Because the requirements of the National College Student Mechanical Innovation Design Competition are "physical competitions, mechanical combination, system training, and innovative applications", the topic determines the height of the work and the height of the work and the height of the work The complexity of the work. During the interview, the classmate Lu Xinqi admitted that their topic research was carried out for a month. After repeated polishing research in many meetings, they finally determined their own plan.

In the case of unable to return to school in advance, the team members can only simulate construction in the computer. After this simulation and discussion, the team completed most of theoretical preparations before the start of school.

After the official start of school, due to the impact of the epidemic, the preparation of competitions across the campus could not be achieved. Everyone actively used the existing venue (dormitory, outdoor, etc.) to prepare for this competition. After submitting the information, the team members performed simulation and defense exercises at the second floor conference room of the engineering training center of Taiyuan University of Technology. The students of the "multi -industrial rotation separation tree planting device" and the "bionic mouse woman" project team came from our school's "Sito" university student mechanical innovation design base. They also encountered the difficulties brought by the epidemic during the preparation process. The instructor team of the two project teams is not afraid of difficulties, and has repeatedly traveled to and from the Xiangxiang, West and Huyu Campus, discussed the design solutions with the majority of students, modified design drawings, purchased parts materials, and went to the college laboratory, engineering training center and The workshop, personally instructed students to produce. Introduction to the event

The National College Student Machinery Innovation Design Contest is an older generation of mechanical disciplines represented by Academician Yang and the Ministry of Education ’s Basic Curriculum Teaching Points. Since 2002, it has advocated, launched and continued to promote competition projects. The National College Student Machinery Innovation Design Contest was approved for the college student competition project jointly funded by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in 2007, 2008, and 2010. It is also the first competition for the "National College Contest Rankings".

The theme of this competition is "Nature · Harmony", which is the design and production of "bionic machinery" and "ecological repair machinery". The contest was officially launched in March 2021. It received a total of 5,972 provincial preliminary works participated in 704 universities, and the total number of works after cutting was 5,415. In view of the reasons for the new crown pneumonia, this national finals adopt the concentration of expert judges, and the students' online defense is carried out.
