On September 6, the Baicheng Teachers College held a meeting of the University Cultural Construction Working Committee (enlarged) meeting. Members of the School of Cultural Construction of the University and the heads of relevant departments attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chi Haibo, Secretary of the School Party Committee.

Zhao Yusan, member of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda Department, made a report on the Office of the University Cultural Construction Work Committee of the University Cultural Construction. The leaders of the meeting and the heads of the relevant departments conducted in -depth discussions on the construction of Lilac Cultural Campus and put forward opinions and suggestions.

Chi Haibo made a concluding speech and put forward three opinions: First, the Office of the University Cultural Construction Working Committee must carefully absorb opinions and suggestions, further form a construction plan, and accelerate the creation of Lilac cultural campus with white teachers. Fully reflect the soft power of cultural campuses and effectively promote school development. The second is to combine the theme of lilacs, deeply tap the history of schools, condense the cultural spirit of the school, create a common spiritual home of teachers and students, and achieve the purpose of educating people with culture. The third is to rely on the lilac cultural campus, and the departments work together to promote the construction of campus landscapes and campus parks.
