Young people are the king of life. They are in the most active period of thinking, and their pursuit of life is also the most motivated. Young teachers should have to save Gao Yuan, combining their lives with the mission we shoulder, and we must have confidence, bone qi, but also sharpness and tenacity.

Young teachers are the future of the education of the motherland.

People say that I am not like an old man in his 90s. I guess because the teacher has a "youth password", that is, the students are supreme.

Be a teacher for a lifetime, and learn to be a teacher for a lifetime. Teacher's profession pinned my life's pursuit and love. Although there are many names on my body, the favorite is "teacher".

Since graduating from Fudan University in 1951, I have been working in a teacher's post, and I have been working in the field of basic education for 71 years. I keep reflecting on how many lessons in my life are on the blackboard and how many of them teach them in the hearts of students.

Every student is a baby, so he must be enthusiastic and loved by the students. This kind of love is not just about looking at the exam, but to talk about love and great love, so that every student they teaches can be developed in an all -round way.

Quality is the life of education. Education quality, in the final analysis is the quality of people.

The quality of the people in the school is the quality of the two teams -the quality of the trainer and the trainer. It is necessary to cultivate students in a comprehensive development, with ideals, identification, innovative spirit, and practical ability. In the final analysis, the trainer will be too good.

What kind of person cultivates and what kind of person, I think this is the life of education.

Educate people first. I have taken the way to growing together in my life. While educating students, I first educate myself, and educate myself to become a positive, one, one in the same way, the same words and deeds.

I have done basic education for a lifetime. I believe that the life of teachers is continued in students, and the value of teachers is reflected in students.

Although life is limited, the education career is evergreen.

When you choose to be a teacher, you choose noble, and you choose to connect with the country's rest and flesh. We have a lot of responsibilities for the party to educate people and the talents of national education.

I think that the most important thing to be a teacher is to light up the lights of life, which is both students and their own. If a person's heart was blind, he didn't know where the road was, hitting the east and the west, and it was unpredictable. With the light shining, you can really get rid of obscurity, his heart is bright and vibrant.

In the past, Mr. Cai Yuanpei, Tao Xingzhi, Chen Heqin, and other big Mr., after returning from studying abroad, could build something in education, mainly because they had Chinese souls. I think of what our revolutionary pioneer Li Dazhao said, he said that youth is "the king of life, the spring of life, the Chinese of life".
