Ministry of Education: Summer investigation and punishment of 3198 certificates to work out of school training institutions illegally started courses

On September 16th, the cover reporter learned from the Ministry of Education that the Ministry of Education this summer organized the national out -of -school training "supervision seedlings" special operations with the theme of "strengthen training, supervision and guardianship and guardianship". Since the special operation, the 3198 certificates have been investigated and dealt with all institutions, 3,556 certificates have not started courses, and 5,860 personnel have been conducted in violation of regulations.

According to reports, during the special operation, the localities attached great importance to the actions such as harshly cracking down on discipline training, strict investigation of malicious price increases of non -disciplinary training, and effectively resolving the "difficult refunds" problems of the masses. Multiple measures and overall policies have been made to promote new results in off -campus training and governance, effectively safeguard the interests of the general public, and ensure that primary and secondary school students spend a peaceful, happy and meaningful holiday.

Since the special operation, 481,200 people have dispatched in various places to investigate 398,200 times and non -disciplinary training institutions. The problem of malicious price increases of 39 non -disciplinary training institutions, involving all the funds involving price increases have been refunded. The "refund difficulty" problem of more than 40,000 parents of students was solved by refund, redemption, and legal channels.

After the efforts of all parties, the problem of "training hot" before the "double reduction" did not occur this summer vacation. The phenomenon of hidden mutation of discipline training was better controlled, non -disciplinary training prices were generally stable, and the dispute over the training refund was further resolved. The results of class training governance have been further consolidated.

In the next step, the Ministry of Education will instruct the relevant departments in accordance with the deployment of video scheduling meetings in the autumn semester of the national "double reduction" work, focusing on key areas, key institutions and key issues, and continuously promote the deep and practical management of off -campus training.
