Shijiazhuang Shimen Experimental School is officially renamed Shijiazhuang No. 48 Middle School

In accordance with the policy requirements of the "Four Independence" of the State -owned Civil Aid School, in 2005, Ji Yuyan Middle School moved to the Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School Experimental School (Shijiazhuang Second Middle School). In 2009, the Shimen Experimental School of Shijiazhuang was established. In 2013, the new school building began, namely the Shimen Campus, located at No. 3 Luanwu Road, Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City. In 2015, all three grades of junior high school settled in the new school building. So far, the school has entered a new period of development.

On September 13, 2022, the school was restructured into a public junior high school and officially named the 48th Middle School of Shijiazhuang City (Municipal Second Middle School Junior High School)

In 2022, in accordance with the "Notice on Regulating the Holding or Participating in the Private Compulsory Education School" issued by the eight departments such as the Ministry of Education, the school was restructured into a public junior high school, and it was officially named the 48th Middle School of Shijiazhuang City (the second city of the city second middle school (city second in the city Middle school junior high school).
