Based on the overall arrangement, it is planned to start the first national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, and the review of excellent and learning progress scholarships. Other students' reward review arrangements will be notified separately. The relevant requirements are notified as follows:

1. Introduction to awards

Undergraduate national scholarships and national inspirational scholarships are established by the central government. They mainly reward students who are diligent in studying, working hard, and developing comprehensive development in terms of morality, intellectual, physical and labor. Among them, national inspirational scholarships are selected for students with financial difficulties. In 2022, the national scholarship quota of the undergraduate students was 144, and the award standard was 8,000 yuan/person; the number of undergraduate national inspirational scholarships was 351, and the award standard was 5,000 yuan/person.

Undergraduate learning excellent and learning progress scholarships are established by the school's overall planning of funds. The main rewards are students with outstanding performance and obvious progress in learning. In 2022, undergraduate students learned the excellent scholarships into four levels: special, first, second -class, and third -class levels. In principle, the number of rewards did not exceed 2%, 3%, 8%, and 12%of the base of the award object. 8,000 yuan/person, 5000 yuan/person, 3,000 yuan/person, 2000 yuan/person; undergraduate learning progress scholarships are divided into two levels: first and second -class levels. The award target for the above awards is undergraduate students with a student status in the second grade and above. 2. Participating conditions

(1) Basic conditions

(2) Sub -condition conditions

1. Undergraduate National Scholarship

(1) It should be reflected in the comprehensive development of morality, intellectual, physical and labor;

(2) According to the higher -level documents, the ranking of academic performance and comprehensive evaluation results in the previous school year must be at the top 10%of this major. If there is one of the 8 conditions in "Explanation 1", it can be relaxed to 30%of the top major.

2. Undergraduate National Inspirational Scholarship

(1) It should be reflected in the comprehensive development of morality, intellectual, physical and labor;

(2) According to higher -level documents, the students of the participating students should belong to the school's financial difficulties recognized by the school.

3. Learn excellent scholarship

On the basis of reflecting the comprehensive development of morality, intellectual, physical and labor, focus on the performance of the previous school year in terms of learning.

4. Learning progress scholarship

Focusing on strive to study hard, the previous school year has made significant progress in learning (second grades of undergraduate students mainly compare the learning status of the first and lower semesters in the first grade).

(3) Important Tips

On the basis of the above requirements, the colleges (academies) are encouraged to refine the specific review plan of the college (academy) in accordance with the guidance of the comprehensive development of morality, intellectual, physical, and labor, and combine the characteristics of academic sections and disciplines.

Third, program requirements

1. Ask the college (academy) to set up a student award the honorary review work committee, and set up an undergraduate review work group. Student representatives attend, generally not less than 7. 3.
