5. For patients with long -term bed serious illness, inconvenient action, elderly people, disabled people, infants and children, etc., districts must provide nucleic acid testing convenience services.

6. If the citizens have any objections to their "application code" code, they can be reflected through "application" or Shanghai 12345 citizen service hotline.

Seventh, follow -up will be adjusted accordingly according to the risk of the city's epidemic conditions, and the relevant policies and measures of nucleic acid testing will be adjusted accordingly.
