Shenzhen -Hong Kong Brain Science Innovation Research Institute has formed more than 70 research teams

In the team, the total number of more than 900 people has published more than 300 academic papers, and has achieved a series of original results in the field of basic research on brain science.

The Shenzhen -Hong Kong Brain Science Institute is led by the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It has participated in the construction of Southern University of Science and Technology, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, Shenzhen University and other institutions. Wang Liping, dean of the Shenzhen -Hong Kong Brain Science Innovation Research Institute, said that after three years of exploration, brain science is gradually becoming a new field and engine of Shenzhen -Hong Kong science and technology collaborative innovation.

In addition to the basic research of brain science, the Shenzhen -Hong Kong Branch Science Innovation Research Institute is also committed to promoting the industrialization of research results. At present, the Shenzhen Guangming Brain Science and Technology Industry Innovation Center led by the hospital has attracted nearly 50 companies and scientific research teams, and the financing scale of some enterprises exceeds 1 billion yuan.

Wang Liping said that scientific researchers in Shenzhen and Hong Kong will further strengthen cooperation and realize the "two -wheel drive" of academic research and industrial transformation.
