Reporter: What experience do you have in psychological counseling and education?

Reporter: How do you become a psychological expert from a supervisor's doctor?

Weng Chunlei: When I first joined the work, I was a doctor who was a supervisor. I found a strange phenomenon in my work. Some of the often who came to see a doctor and seemed to be weak. In fact, there was no disease in the body. I gave it a certain psychological suggestion during treatment. What surprised was that after this special treatment, the patient had good feedback. "How do you feel different from other doctors and feel that your body will be fine soon." I realize that the poor physical condition of some detainees is obviously related to psychological state.

In order to better serve the safety of the supervisor, I learned psychology, and I obtained the national second -level psychological counselor certificate and the national psychotherapist (intermediate) qualification certificate. With the master's degree in the treatment; on -site or network methods, organize psychological health lectures and other units in various places and other units to conduct psychological counseling and crisis intervention.

Reporter: In the safety work of the supervisor, what do you have made?

Weng Chunlei: In the supervision work, security is the bottom line and a red line. Among them, the contradictions and conflicts between the detainees are one of the important safety hazards. The important part of Maslow's needs in the theory is safety needs. How to solve the safety needs of detainees are an important part of discipline. In actual work, I started from meeting the basic safety needs of people, exploring and studying the "four positioning" methods, that is, once contradictions and conflicts in the supervisor, everyone will automatically divide them into four parts according to the distribution. The report and command, the second part is a person with conflicts and conflicts. The third part of the person participates in stopping conflicts and conflicts. The fourth part is other unrelated personnel. By organizing the practice in the detainees, this "four positioning" method is gradually internalized, and immediately starts when contradictions and conflicts will be launched to avoid the conflict between the supervisor's conflict and effectively prevent mutual damage to the detainees.

Since the implementation of the "Four Positioning" law in 2014, no fighting incident has occurred to ensure the "zero accidents" of the supervision institute. The "Four Positioning" method has also been implemented by regulatory places in many places across the country.
