Will nephritis affect fertility?

Nephritis is a common clinical disease. Many patients will have some ideological concerns after illness, and fearing nephritis will affect fertility and even inheritance.

The fertility of patients with nephritis is a bit complicated. Acute nephritis usually needs to disappear for half a year to pregnancy before pregnancy. Patients with nephropathy syndrome, if blood pressure and renal function are normal, the symptoms disappear for 1-2 years can be pregnant. The specific time mainly depends on the use of drugs after the symptoms disappear. Patients with chronic nephritis need to get the consent of the doctor beforehand. Generally speaking, patients with a daily urine protein are less than 1 grams and normal renal function can be pregnant. Watch closely during pregnancy, and regularly go to the hospital for examination. For example, blood pressure, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and uric acid are elevated, and corresponding treatment should be done immediately. Invisible nephritis, that is, there are no symptoms such as hypertension and edema. Patients with only hematuria or a small amount of proteinuria can be pregnant.

In general, when there are several cases of kidney disease, you must be careful:

First, patients with increased blood pressure are prone to certain complications during pregnancy, such as heart failure, and patients generally cannot withstand pregnancy.

Second, the kidney function is moderate damage. The serum creatinine is 133-265umol/L. At this time, the risk of pregnancy is greater. It may deteriorate on the basis of the original renal function and need to be observed closely. If the renal function is severely damaged, and the serum creatinine exceeds 265umol/L, pregnancy is prohibited.

On this basis, many patients are worried: Will nephritis inheritance?

Most of the nephritis is obtained by the day after tomorrow, and some of them are genetic nephritis, which are inherited to their children, such as polycystic kidney disease, Alport syndrome, family bureau stove section glomerular sclerosis, etc.

Alportal syndrome is an ingredients of alternative chromosomal genetic diseases, and the pathogenesis is unclear. It is generally considered to be caused by genetic defects in the combination of glomerular capillary walls. The main feature is that there are obvious family history. Often, many people in several generations of family members suffer from hematuria or proteinuria. When I was young, I only had mild protein urine and hematuria. It often worsen after severe exercise or upper respiratory tract infection. The male condition was severe and could develop into uremia. This genetic nephritis 30%-50%is accompanied by neural deafness, and 10%-20%of patients perform eye abnormalities include myopia, strabismus, cataract, etc. Therefore, it is also called "eye-ear-kidney syndrome". Rare variations, such as combined with multiple peripheral neuropathy, muscle atrophy, platelet disease, and some accompanying epilepsy, kidney biopsy can help determine the diagnosis.
