The incidence of acute pancreatitis has an upward trend, and its increasing increasing trend is remarkable, and even children, pregnant women and elderly people have happened. In moderate severe acute pancreatitis, it is often accompanied by liquid and/or necrosis that causes severe clinical consequences. Once continuous organ failure occurs, death will increase significantly.

diagnosis

The diagnosis of pancreatitis requires two of the following three indicators to be established:

1. Abdominal pain, 2. Amylorase/lipase ≥ 3 × normal upper limit, 3. CT imaging performance.

Treatment of pancreatitis dominates gallstones and drinking alcohol. At the same time, hypertonal trimermia and drugs are also important causes of pancreatitis.

The clinical examination of pancreatitis includes: serum triglyceride, whole blood cell count, liver and kidney function test, glucose, blood calcium, long abdominal ultrasound and chest imaging. If the diagnosis is still not determined, the abdomen CT is required. If the C reactive protein exceeds 150 mg/L, an additional imaging examination is required to check whether the complications of other organs have occurred.

treatment method

At present, there is no internationally recognized drug for treating acute pancreatitis and preventing complications. In terms of pathogenesis, calcium overload, mitochondrial injury and inflammation in pancreatic cells are the most important, so clinical research on these mechanisms is carried out.

At the current stage, the measures for acute pancreatitis treatment are mainly venous liquid recovery, analgesic and intracense nutrition. If necessary, severe custody and organ support, extra -intestinal nutrition, antibiotic, pancreatic external secretion and endocrine replacement therapy.

Rehabilitation management

The impact of acute pancreatitis may be catastrophic. It is necessary to carry out active strategic strategies to prevent or reduce recurrence and progress as chronic pancreatitis. At the same time, positive strategies need to be adopted for a long time to reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer.
