Chengdu Police report: The man was investigated for suspected obstruction of infectious disease prevention and treatment

On September 25, the Chengdu Public Security Bureau's Jinniu District Public Security Branch issued a police report.

The report pointed out that on September 24, the Golden Bull District Public Security Branch received the transfer letter of the clue of the case of Wang Moumou's suspicion of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.

On September 20th, the Sichuan Provincial Disease Control and Prevention Center issued a "cross -city (state) mobilized person in the history of Neijiang, Yibin, and Suining City in the past 7 days. Isolation, on the 1st, 2nd, 3th, and 5th, 4 nucleic acid testing was completed. After the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection was issued on the 5th, the relevant requirements of the isolation could be lifted. Wang Moumou (male, 37 years old) did not report to the community after returning to Rong in Suining on September 20, and did not conduct home isolation and nucleic acid testing as required. There are serious dangers that cause new coronary viruses. Wang Moumou's behavior violated Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and was suspected of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. The case is currently under investigation.

Police reminded that obeying the prevention and control of the epidemic is an important measure to block the spread of new coronary viruses, and it is also the obligation of the general public. Due to the refusal to implement the people's governments at or above the county level, and the prevention and control institutions of the disease, if the prevention and control measures proposed by the infectious disease prevention and control law, the transmission of infectious diseases or serious danger of transmission, suspected of illegal crimes, will seriously investigate legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
