A federal judge in the United States ordered the public searches of the Federal Investigation Agency (FBI) last month to search for the list of the former President Donald Trump's residence. The list shows a total of more than 10,000 files, of which more than 100 copies have a confidential level, and another 48 empty folders marked as "confidential".

Federal regional judges Erin Kannon ordered the public documents such as the investigation schedule of the FBI searching items and the investigation schedule of the FBI seized by the FBI on the 2nd.

The FBI of the Ministry of Justice raided Trump's Haihu Manor in Palm Beach, Florida on August 8th. This is the first time in American history that a former president has been searched for criminal investigation.

The list shows that from Trump's office in the Haihu Manor and the 33 boxes of items taken away in the storage room, there are more than 11,000 documents or photos, of which more than 100 are tightly tight, 54 are "secrets", 31 31 The "confidential" and 18 copies are the highest levels of "top secrets".

FBI found 90 empty folders, of which 48 were labeled "confidential", and 42 marked the words "return secretary" or "return assistant". The Associated Press commented that these empty folders caused doubts, worrying that maybe government departments have not recovered all confidential documents from Trump.

The list also shows that some of these files are piled in the box, some are shelved at will, mixed with books, magazines, clipping, clothing, and other personal items.

U.S. law stipulates that all documents must be kept during the presidency, and they are managed by the State Archives and Records Administration Management Administration. After Trump stepped down as president, the National File and Record Administration tried to ask for documents within his tenure to Trump for a year.

In January of this year, the National Archives and Records Administration transported 15 boxes of documents from Haihu Manor and found that some of these documents were secretly related to them. Some documents were "torn" and then contacted FBI. In those documents, FBI found 184 confidential documents. In June, the FBI visited Haihu Manor to take away a file bag with confidential documents.

The Ministry of Justice previously said that Haihu Manor did not store the security space for government secret documents. They have launched a criminal investigation. The behavior, as well as whether Trump is suspected of destroying and hiding government documents, and risks to national security, thereby violating the laws such as the Anti -Spy Law.

Trump's lawyer team did not comment on court documents disclosed on the 2nd.

Previously, Trump denied improper processing documents and accused Democrats of political attacks on him. His team of lawyers issued a lawsuit on August 22, trying to prevent the FBI from reviewing the seized documents, asking the judge to appoint a special officer who had no conflict with this case to verify the documents and confirm which of them were protected by "administrative privileges".

The judge Kannon heard the verbal debate of Trump's lawyers and two top anti -spy prosecutors from Trump and the Ministry of Justice on September 1, and then ordered public documents such as lists such as lists on the 2nd. The theme of the debate on the 1st is whether Trump is willing to appoint a special officer. In this regard, Kannon said that he would make a decision later.
