On the 13th local time, Azerbaijan Satellite News Agency quoted sources as saying that Armenia and Azerbaijan had reached an agreement to stop fire at 9:15 on the day.

According to Azerbaijan Trend News Agency, Armenia and Azerbaijan reached a ceasefire at 9:00 on the day, but according to people familiar with the matter, after the ceasefire agreement was reached, the Armenian armed forces once again violated the agreement and provoked it, and then resumed the ceasefire at 9:15.

Armenia has no response to this.

According to the Russian satellite news agency and the Jerusalem Post, the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia conflicts on the evening of the 12th to the early morning of the 13th local time. The two sides accused each other of conflict.
