Preschool education gross entry rates were 88.1%, an increase of 23.6 percentage points from ten years ago; on the basis of achieving comprehensive popularization, nine -year compulsory education consolidation rate reached 95.4%, an increase of 3.6 percentage points; Increasing 6.4 percentage points; 57.8%of the gross enrollment rate of higher education, an increase of 27.8 percentage points. The average educational period of the labor age population is 10.9 years.

Huai Jinpeng said that the 200,000 compulsory education stage in my country established a stand -up card dropout student dynamic and cleared, and historically solved the long -term drop -out problem, and made important contributions to the establishment of a well -off society in an all -round way. All 2,895 counties in the country have achieved basically balanced compulsory education. 99.8%of the school running conditions in primary and secondary schools meet the "20 bottom lines" requirements. The school's appearance has changed a fundamental change, forming a new situation of balanced and integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education.

It is understood that my country's student funding policy system has covered the entire semester, and has funded nearly 1.3 billion students in the past ten years. There are special education schools with more than 300,000 people, and the enrollment rate of compulsory education for children with disabilities reaches more than 95%.
