This slogan is selected based on the feedback from different countries and regions, gender, and age. On the occasion of 500 days of the opening countdown, Jiangyuan Road originally planned to organize celebrations, but it had to be postponed because South Korea was encountered by typhoons.

This is the first time that the Winter Youth Olympic Games has been held in Asia. As the 4th Winter Youth Olympic Games, the Jiangyuan Winter Youth Olympic Games will be held from January 19th to February 1, 2024. Most of the events will use Pyeongchang's 2018 Winter Olympics venue. It is expected that about 1,900 athletes from 81 countries and regions will participate.
