The competition was hosted by the Shandong Provincial People's Government, hosted by the People's Government of Rizhao City, and co -organized by the Shanhaitian Tourism Resort Management Committee. The competition began on September 10 and ended on the 12th, 3 days. Seven teams and 71 athletes from the province participated in the competition. Among them, the Rizhao team sent 19 athletes to participate.
