On September 18th, the 2022 Runboat World Championships kicked off in Czechlasty. This competition will last until September 25. This is the heaviest competition in this cycle except the Olympics. A total of 20 projects were set up in the competition, divided into 14 Olympic events (7 men's projects, 7 women's projects) and 6 lightweight projects.

On the list of 50 people announced on the 16th of the Chinese rowing team, Zhejiang players Zou Jiaqi, Dong Yanya, and Chen Sensen were selected.

Zou Jiaqi will continue to partner with Guangdong athlete Qiu Xiuping to participate in the women's lightweight double paddle (LW2X) project competition. This year, she won the lightweight women's double paddle runner -up at the first stop of the Rowing World Cup Berglaide Station, ranking fourth in the Route's third station Lucern Station. At present, she has been training with the national team in Serbia.

Dong Yanya's partner Zhang Hairong, Zhou Yuxiu, Zhang Peiyun, Sun Fengjiao and other national teammates participated in the women's eight -person single paddle with helmsman (W8+) project competition. In the competition of the rudder project, she won the runner -up, and she also participated in the women's double single paddle and won the tenth place. Lussean Station at the third station of the Rowing World Cup is also ranked fourth.

Chen Sensen had previously trained in Dalian, Liaoning. In this competition, he partnered with the national teammates Zhao Guoqiang, Jiang Xuke and Ma Yule to participate in the men's lightweight four -person double paddle (LM4X) project competition. Chen Sensen said frankly that since entering the national team, the platform he has exhibited is more broad, and the spirit of the national team's hard work has made him deeply encouraged.
