It is understood that the first Xiamen Marathon was held in 2003. This year, the Xiamen Marathon ushered in the 20th session, and the second year of the Xiamen Marathon won the "World Field Elite Platinum" event. According to the competition regulations released by the Xiamen Marathon Organizing Committee in February this year, the competition project is 42.195 kilometers of the marathon, the scale of the event is 28,000, and the marathon competition route is Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center (starting point) → Exhibition Road → Southern Road → East Road around the island → Huandao South Road → Director of Wuwu Bridge → Lujiang Road → Hubin South Road (Turning Returns) → Lujiang Road → Showwu Bridge → Huandao South Road → East Road (Turnt) → Huizhan South Road → Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center.
