The Huangling Project is located north of Han Cai Expressway and south of Xintian North Road. It is the first large -scale prefabricated building residential area of ​​Cai Dian. The total construction area is about 469,000 square meters. The community neighborhood center and underground parking lot, including 20 main buildings, are prefabricated buildings with a assembly rate of 50%. The completion of the project can solve the problem of resettlement of 3,339 villagers in Huangling Village and four nearby villages.

The construction building is also located at the intersection of Runqin Avenue and Qinqin North Road on Caidian District. The total construction area is about 14,000 square meters, which can accommodate 88 households.
