Recently, the Zhangzhou Urban Management Bureau issued a penalty for the punishment of Zhangzhou Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. due to the decrease of the total green space area of the company than the planning and approval plan of the green space by about 5096 square meters.The 25 -square -meter framework structure door guard room was fined 25,260 yuan.

It is reported that Zhangzhou Daji Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. is in Longmen Tianxia District 1#-19#building, central club and basement construction project (started on February 28, 2001).The approval plan is about 5096 square meters in the green space area (about 13623 square meters), adding a frame structure door guard room of about 25 square meters in the middle of 18#and 19#buildings in Longmen Tianxia District.
