Chapter 1 General Principles

Article 26 The following units shall form a full -time fire brigade:

Article 63 The competent departments of housing urban and rural construction, fire rescue agencies and their staff conduct fire design review, fire acceptance, filing spot checks, fire safety inspections, etc., and shall not charge any fees.

The public security police station and its staff will conduct fire safety supervision and inspection, and shall not charge any fees.

Article 64 When the fire rescue agency and the police station shall implement fire supervision and inspection, no law enforcement officers shall not be less than two, and law enforcement documents shall be presented to consciously accept social supervision.

Article 65 Fire rescue agencies and public security police stations may announce the results of fire supervision and inspection to the society through appropriate ways.

Article 66 The fire rescue agency and the police station shall establish a reporting system and announce the channels and methods of reporting to the society.

After receiving the report, the fire rescue agency and the police station shall be accepted and handled in accordance with the law.

Chapter 7 Legal Responsibility

Article 67 In violation of the provisions of these regulations, if the laws and regulations have already been punished and regulations, it is stipulated. Constitute a crime, be held criminally responsible.

The administrative penalty stipulated in these regulations shall be determined by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, and shall be determined by the competent department of housing, urban and rural construction and fire rescue agencies in accordance with their respective powers.

Article 68 The people's governments at all levels and their relevant departments violate the provisions of these regulations and fail to organize major fire hazards in a timely manner shall be notified by the higher -level people's government and shall be ordered to correct them within a time limit. The direct responsible persons and other direct responsible persons shall be punished in accordance with the law; if the crime constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.

Article 69 The staff of the housing urban and rural construction department, fire rescue agencies, and other staff who abuse their powers, neglect their duties, and disadvantages of their personal fraud in fire work, and shall be punished in accordance with the law.

Article 70 Violation of these regulations, if the fire performance of building components, building materials, building insulation materials and interior decoration, and decorative materials does not meet the fire technology standards and management regulations, the competent department of housing urban and rural construction departments shall order correction within a time limit; In order to stop using it, and a fine of more than 10,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan.

Article 71 In violation of the provisions of these regulations, the use of bright fire operations or smoking in places with fire and explosion danger, using bright fire, or fines of less than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, they will be detained for less than five days.

Article 72 In violation of the provisions of these regulations, parking electric bicycles, stairwells, and entrance halls of the buildings or charging it in the festival or charging it. If they refuse to make corrections, the fire rescue agency will warn or a fine of less than 500 yuan.
