It turned out that the workers on the construction site needed to hold a "Qualification Certificate of Special Operations for Construction Construction". The other party immediately stated that he could help apply for an operating permit. You can get a certificate without studying or not taking the exam. Because the man was wearing a uniform of a public official and showed the relevant work documents, the construction site safety officer was convinced of this.

From mid -March to late June, the safety officer purchased a special operation permit from the 14 workers under his hand, and spent more than 19,000 yuan.

The police conducted investigations based on the description of the safety officer and the construction site workers. They quickly locked the target as a man named Xu, and arrested it on August 16.

After investigation, Xu inadvertently learned that the construction site workers needed to hold the corresponding documents, and they had the idea of ​​profit from it. According to Xu's explanation, in order to increase credibility, he bought the uniforms and work documents of the national public officials from the Internet and contacted the channel for making fake certificates on the Internet. The fake work request to check the operating permit of the workers, and then said to the person in charge of the construction site that the work of the work of the workers did not meet the requirements and needs to be punished to sell the fake permit to the workers in the construction site. Once a worker hooks, it collects money on the one hand, and on the other hand, a fake certificate is made on the other hand, and the difference is made from it.

At present, Xu has been taken for criminal detention measures in accordance with the law for suspected trading of national organs, and the case is under further trial.
