The Changde City Procuratorate held a conventional tour procuratorial feedback meeting

On September 14, the People's Procuratorate of Changde City was held at Dingcheng District Detention Center and Hanshou County Detention Center.

At the meeting, the relevant person in charge read the feedback from the detention center of Dingcheng District, the inspection inspection of the Hanshou County Detention Center, and publicized the relevant legal documents.The inspection inspection adheres to the problem orientation, takes the problem as the main task, and regards the promotion of the problem as a settlement point. It is based on the safety supervision of the detention center, the protection of the rights and interests of the detainees, the medical treatment of the detention center, and the financial management of the detention center.The detention center randomly spot checking 4 supervisors, distributed 94 questionnaires, visited 6 supervisory policemen, talked with 13 detainees and formed a transcript, and checked more than 400 archives information.In response to the problems found in the inspection inspection, a written prosecution proposal and correction of illegal notice were issued.
