The defendant's lesson Wang believed that the plaintiff had a great depreciation of the house during his residence, and asked the plaintiff to repair the kitchen glass and compensate a new Siemens refrigerator. The judge patiently appeased the emotions of the two sides and persuaded them in a targeted manner, analyzing the pros and cons, and explaining the reason.

Under the detailed mediation of the judge's professionalism, in the end, the two sides reached an agreement. The defendant returned the plaintiff's deposit of 1,000 yuan and paid the plaintiff in court. The plaintiff withdrew the prosecution.
