On September 19, the provincial court's "Clear and Bankruptcy Council" licensed ceremony, optimizing the business environment, and the promotion of bankruptcy trial work were successfully held. At the awarding ceremony, Huang Mingyao, secretary of the party group and dean of the provincial courts, awarded the "Clear and Bankruptcy Judgment Division". Chengde, Zhangjiakou, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan, Langfang, Baoding, Cangzhou, Hengshui, Handan, etc. Video conferences are awarded in turn.

It is reported that the provincial courts and nine middle -level people's courts established the "Clear and Bankruptcy Council". Except for the Xiong'an New District, the provincial and municipal courts were fully covered. Earlier, the Xingtai Intermediate People's Court established a liquidation and bankruptcy trial court in 2016 in 2015 and the Shijiazhuang Intermediate People's Court. Each intermediate court liquidation and bankruptcy trial court is responsible for trial of the compulsory liquidation and bankruptcy cases of the registered company (enterprise) of the county level (including the current level) market supervision and management authority in the area under the jurisdiction. Cross -border bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy cases of listed companies, liquidation disputes in companies in the jurisdiction, and other liquidation and bankruptcy cases tried by intermediate courts in accordance with the law, and handle other liquidation and bankruptcy affairs.

A promotion meeting was held after the awarding ceremony. The meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of the bankruptcy trial work in the province, deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems, and arranged and deployed in the future.
