On the afternoon of September 21, the launching ceremony of Shanghai's prevention of criminal criminal law lectures was held in the Shanghai Municipal School. With the establishment of the law preaching delegation, the work support system for standards, professional security, grassroots linkage, social collaboration, and public participation is forming a joint force.

On March 1, 2022, the "Regulations on the Prevention of Minors in Shanghai" landed. At the scene, the "preventive support system" in the regulations was frequently mentioned as one of the highlights of innovation. Preventive prevention includes the extensive publicity and education of the rule of law and the key prevention of minors in dilemma. It is mainly carried out in schools and families.

During the drafting stage of the "Regulations", Zhou Hong, deputy chairman of the Municipal People's Congress Social Construction Committee, found that it has become a new trend of minors involving fraud cases such as swiping, false transactions, credit cards, online loans, and live broadcast fraud. Zhou Hong pointed out that preventing juvenile crimes is a social and systematic engineering, which requires the whole society to pay attention and coordinate.

The launching ceremony was led by the Shanghai People's Congress Social Construction Committee, the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the Shanghai Judicial Bureau, hosted by the Shanghai Youth Service and Rights Protection Office, organized by the Shanghai Sunshine Star Judicial Social Service Center, and Shanghai Youth Affairs Social workers Co -organized by the organization.

It is understood that the Youth League Committee and Municipal Youth Services and Rights Protection Office have formed 120 municipal -level prevention of minors' criminal law preaching group teams and 200 district -level prevention of minor criminal law lectures. Political agencies' practical workers, experts and scholars from universities and research institutions, and lawyers and social workers who have deeply cultivated the front line of criminal crimes.

In the next step, the two -level Communist Youth League organizations in the urban area will work together with the relevant departments and units of criminal crimes to prevent minors' crime responsibility system, support system, education system, and hierarchical intervention system established around the "Regulations". Two -level prevention of minors' criminal law lectures conducts a good preach.
