In accordance with the requirements of the national and cities to strengthen the legal consultant of party and government organs, in order to give full play to the positive role of external legal consultants in administrative work in accordance with the law, the Shanghai Judiciary Bureau decided to publicly select external legal consultants to the society. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

2. Selection and hire conditions

Law experts and full -time practicing lawyers as external legal consultants of the Municipal Judicial Bureau shall have the following conditions:

(1) Basic conditions

1. Political positions are firm, support the party's theory, line policy, and always adhere to the correct political direction. Generally, it should be a member of the Communist Party of China.

2. Have good professional ethics and social responsibility.

3. Law experts have a titles above the high or higher professional, and in judicial administrative work (including but not limited to detoxification, community correction work, lawyer management, notarization management, judicial appraisal management, public legal services, etc.) Social influence, strict observance of discipline and law, have not been punished by criminal punishment, and party discipline and government affairs.

4. F full -time practice lawyers have more than 5 years of practice experience, and in judicial administrative work (including but not limited to detoxification, community correction work, lawyer management, notarization management, judicial appraisal management, public legal services, etc.) His social influence, strictly obey the law and abide by the law, has not been punished by criminal punishment, party discipline, administrative penalties of judicial administrative departments, and industry sanctions from the Lawyers Association.

Third, work responsibilities

(1) Provide daily legal consultation;

(6) Participate in the administrative response, civil lawsuits, administrative reconsideration trials, arbitration cases, and difficult complicated letters and visits cases of the Municipal Judiciary Bureau;

(7) Participate in resolving group contradictions and disputes between the Municipal Judiciary Bureau and deal with major emergencies;

(8) Participate in the drafting and modify the large target of the Municipal Judicial Bureau as a party or involving strong professional contracts such as construction projects, intellectual property rights, information technology development, and foreign -related. 2. Unit

(1) The unit is responsible for filling in the "Registration Form" and stamped with the official seal. At the same time, it is attached to the relevant title, practice certificate, honor title and other certification materials. (3) Qualification review and review
