Comrade Li Wenqing served as a member of the Deyang Municipal Party Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary of the Communist Party of China;

Comrade Jin Lei no longer holds the position of secretary, member of the Standing Committee and members of the Deyang Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China.
