Many merchants have also said that they have good nutrition, close to human milk, and are more likely to digest and absorb. What are the nutrition of these grandma? Is it really better than milk? Is it worth buying?

1. Camel milk nutritional ingredients are about the same as milk, and you can’t drink infants within 1 year old

Many merchants say that camel milk "rich in active factors lacking in other milk" and "enhance human immunity", burst milk after nutrition, close to breast milk, and more suitable for infants and young children.

But this is not the case at all.

From the perspective of nutritional analysis, the ingredients of camel milk are actually similar to the milk we usually drink. Although individual nutrient content, such as protein, calcium, fat, etc., there are slight differences, but from the overall point of view, this difference can be ignored.

As for that it is better than breast milk and is more suitable for babies, it is completely flickering.

In fact, camel milk is very different from human breast milk, and it cannot directly drink infants and young children within 1 year old. For example, in the protein of human breast milk, the proportion of casein and milky protein is about 1: 2, and the ratio of camel milk is about 4: 1. The lactose content in human breast milk is about 6.6%, while other milk such as camel milk is usually between 4.5%-5%.

Therefore, camel milk is a good animal milk, but it may not be much better than milk.

But from the perspective of daily drinking, Juan Shan's milk will not be much higher than ordinary milk. After all, drink 1-2 cups of milk a day, and the difference between protein and fat is a few grams. How big is the difference.

3. Olke milk is not milk, nutrition is worse than milk

The oatmeal is a plant drink made of oats. The essence is not milk, but the texture and appearance look like milk, so people are called oats "milk". From a nutritional perspective, the B vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber contained in oatmeal are relatively rich, but compared with milk, oat milk is still worse.

For example, the protein content of oat milk is relatively high, but it is still less than milk and soy milk. The calcium content and absorption rate in oat milk are much worse than milk. So oatmeal does not completely replace milk.

The characteristic of oatlin milk is not lactose, which can be used as an alternative option for lactose incurable people. However, milk products such as yogurt, cheese, Shuhua milk on the market do not contain lactose, and can also be used as a choice of lactose intolerance.

From a nutritional perspective, these niche milk will not be better and will not have more health effects. It is not necessary for us to buy a lot of money because of some so -called nutritional functions.
