Harvey Thomas: I don't even know where to start, what to do, and where to go. I want to accept a lot of reality here. This flood is worse than anything we have encountered. It may be one of the most terrible disasters that have happened here.

As of July 30, the flood warning in eastern Kentucky has not been lifted. According to reports, as rescue personnel in some areas cannot enter, more than 10 people's whereabouts are unknown, and the number of deaths is expected to increase.
