In terms of employment, the civil affairs department cooperates with the human resources and social security departments to implement employment support policies, and provide targeted services and employment assistance according to the wishes of orphans. In terms of housing, eligible adult orphans are included in urban housing security and the scope of rural dilapidated housing transformation, and set up green channels for eligible urban adult orphans, and prioritize housing security in physical allocation or lease subsidies. In terms of social security, do a good job in the connection of the social insurance of rural areas collected by contracted land, forest land or homesteads, and help them participate in social insurance according to the willingness of adult orphans. Confirm the qualifications of members of the Rural Metropolitan Cultural Organization in accordance with the law, and fully protect the contract management rights of their rural contracting sites, the right to use rural homesteads, and the distribution of rural collective economic income.
