After the cabin door was replaced with a new A-60-level autistic fire door, the boat inspector made a temporary inspection and believed that the relevant inspection report was issued after passing. After the PSCO boarding, it was confirmed that the defect has been corrected, and the defect was closed and the detention was lifted.

Combined with the time and actual conditions of the ship's recent inspection, PSCO determines that related ROs are responsible for the retention defect.
