It is reported that in order to effectively strengthen the construction of actual combat agencies, a normal and elite spiritual force of emergency offices is normalized, and various major diligences and wartime tasks such as security maintenance and stability, epidemic prevention and control, rescue and rescue, etc. Since then, the Municipal Public Security Bureau has selected 100 young police officers under the age of 40 to set up a pioneer assault team to go to the grassroots to carry out work to further consolidate the grassroots and strengthen the foundation. During the period, the pioneer team organized strict and disciplined, and successively inspected 146,200 vehicles, checked 32 control knives, arrested 2 criminal suspects, assisted 5 cases, and helped the masses more than 150 people.

In recent years, the Municipal Public Security Bureau has insisted on digging into the inside, and sent two parts: exercise and sinking. Nearly 23%of the police have enriched the police at the grassroots level and the public security inspection station to carry out support work. The Municipal Public Security Bureau has formulated embodiments and evaluation methods to promote the support of the front -line work with the system.
