A merchant in Haicang District was recently investigated due to the suspected sales of bulk salt and non -fixed -point retail companies that sell without iodine salt.

Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Haicang District carried out special inspections of salt quality and safety to maintain the order of salt market, ensure the quality and safety of salt, and protect the health of citizens.

In a grain and oil store in Xinzhang, law enforcement officers found that the bulk salt sold by the store was salt (unproofed) for food processing, and the merchant could not provide the salt purchase voucher. The store was investigated for investigation on a number of illegal acts such as failure to establish a purchase inspection record system, sales of bulk salt, and non -fixed -point retail enterprises to sell without iodine salt.

In this special inspection, the Haicang District Market Supervision Bureau inspected 24 salt operators, issued a notice of ordering rectification to 3 of them, punished 1 simple penalty, and 2 cases for investigation.
