Recently, good news came from the Chinese Yili Rat Rabbit. Following 2014, volunteers once again photographed the cute and cute Tianshan elf, the Ili Rat Trust (foreign name Ili Pika, scientific name Ochotona Iliensis).

On the afternoon of August 16, 2022, the staff of the Biological Diversity Protection Working Group of the Green Association interviewed Li Weidong, an expert of the Ili Rats and Rabbit Discovery and the World Nature Protection Alliance (IUCN) Specifications (SSC) rabbit -shaped expert group.

He pointed out: Green Water and Green Mountain are Jinshan Yinshan. Like the Chinese Yili Rat Rabbit Protection, the protection of unique species in specific areas. If we can protect the Yili rat rabbit, its value cannot be measured by the economy. The protection of folk forces to do unique species and special areas is also an exploration of our biodiversity protection.

Our Chinese Yili Rat Rabbit Protection has been exploring this aspect. Our protection place is mainly to rely on the support of folk forces. On the one hand, our volunteers, the Mongolian herders, support our work at their doorstep. We organized them and set up the Volunteer team of the "Tianshan Elf Guard" of the Yili rat rabbit. While everyone is doing the production of labor and protecting the Yili rat rabbit at the door of the house, it also protects the ecological environment of their hometown. In this case, we protect the cost of labor, which is one of the reasons why we can persist in the present.

We mainly solve funding problems through public offering, which is also a direction for the protection of folk biodiversity. In addition, we also use the cute image of the Yili Rat Rabbit to protect the township where the place where the place is located is the hometown of Chinese wolfberry. Combined with local wolfberry and dried fruits as a friendly product to protect the place, let the cute treasure Yili Rats and Rabbit endorse the local specialty products. The local economic development, and also obtained some funds for feedback fundraising. For example, we cooperated with a local specialty company to use the LOGO of Yili Rats and Rabbit to launch a happy rabbit series dried fruit products. The product packaging also comes with the introduction of our protective land and Ili mouse rabbit protection project. The company promises to donate one yuan to the Yili Rat Rabbit Protection for each sale of dried fruits.

We are exploration and hard work through various ways to solve the problem of some protection funds on the one hand, and at the same time promote the construction and development of the local economy. Therefore, we persist through all kinds of exploration. This time we took the Yili Rat Rabbit, which is also a display of our protective place and the work of the "Tianshan Elves" volunteer team.
