Tangshan: Shougang World is the first for new energy vehicle electrical steel specialized production line to put into operation

This morning (August 31), Shougang's new electromagnetic new energy line was put into production and new product global launching ceremony was held in Qian'an City. Shougang announced the establishment of the world's first specialized production line for new energy vehicle electrical steel, 20sW1200h and ESW1230, two new energy vehicle electrical steel global launch.

Today, the new energy vehicle -driven motor is used for high -grade non -pick -up and non -electrical steel production line. The annual high -level production has no 350,000 tons of electrical steel, which can meet 5 million new energy vehicles supporting facilities. The production line was consumed by Shougang shares for 6 years, and it was independently developed and constructed. Small roller diameter six -machine rolling technology is the world's first, and it has reached the world's leading level in terms of product size control, product performance, and operating efficiency.

With the production line, ESW1230 and 20SW1200H, two new energy vehicle electrical steel products, are also officially offline. As the core functional material of the new energy vehicle drive motor, these two products can meet the needs of higher efficiency and torque of driving motors, thereby empowering new energy vehicles a greater horsepower, high efficiency, and longer battery life.

According to reports, Shougang has successfully developed 5 series and more than 20 new energy vehicle special electrical steel products, and 5 products have achieved global launch. 10 Full coverage, one domestic energy vehicle in China is made of Shougang Electric and Steel.
