Relying on the Silk Road International Ski Resort, Tianshan Tianchi Ski Resort, General Mountain Sal wide cloth off -road ski resort, cocoa -cocoa ski resort, hot spring county off -road ski resort and other national team ice and snow project training bases, to cultivate selection of reserve talents for ice and snow sports. Promote the development of ice and snow reserve talent bases, ice and snow clubs and social training institutions, and build the selection, cultivation and service security system of ice and snow sports. Each relevant site (state, city) shall formulate the implementation of ice and snow talent training plans to vigorously cultivate various types of talents such as ice and snow planning, development, construction, operation management, and program creativity.
