Xinhua News Agency, Moscow, September 1st (Reporter Liu Kai) Russia's Natural Gas Industry Co., Ltd. (Russia) recently posted on its social media account that the company had suspended the supply of natural gas to the main energy supplier of France.
Russia said that it has been notified that Angji Group has completely stopped supplying natural gas from September 1 this year, until the Russia received all the funds that previously provided natural gas.
Russia said that as of August 30, the company has not received all the amounts of natural gas in July that Angji Group should pay.According to the presidential order signed by Russian President Putin on March 31 this year, if foreign buyers do not pay within the payment period prescribed by the contract, Russia will stop continuing to supply natural gas from the buyer.
According to Agence France -Presse, Angji Group said on August 30 that because "the two parties have differences in the contract," Russia has informed that the group will immediately reduce the supply of natural gas.
