I have opened a hotel at Ejina for 15 years, and I have watched the tourism industry here. Fifteen years ago, I worked with people at Ejina to operate the gas station and found that the tourists who came here to see Puyang could only sleep on the restaurant's tables and chairs because of the lack of reception capacity in the local hotel.

I felt the business opportunities here and invested in this medium -sized business hotel. Until May, we finally ushered in understanding, and our business gradually became better. Later in Shanghai, it was unsealed. The summer vacation came, and a large number of tourists came to Sanya. But I did not expect that the third epidemic came again.

In fact, we have almost developed in the epidemic in the past few years.

Since 2018, we have operated inn and houses in Houhai Village, Sanya. In recent years, the most difficult day was when the epidemic broke out in early 20 years, and it was sealed for several months, and the homestay had to stop. It can start in June, but everyone still has concerns about traveling, and the overall environment is still very deserted. There are almost no tourists for more than half a year. The situation has gradually improved since the end of 2020. After November, Sanya Tourism ushered in a period of recovery. Our house just opened on November 1 last year. In this land in Houhai Village, we rented it for a long time, did the civil construction, and the appearance of the house was almost done. In May, we officially set their sights on the store and finally decided to invest in high -end homestays.

This store, from a series of preliminary investment in civil construction, design, decoration, etc., it spent about 20 million yuan. Our shop is close to the sea, the geographical location is particularly good, the white and clean facade, the overall style is also very beautiful, so our price is also relatively high. It is usually around 1,000 yuan during the peak season.

The peak season of Sanya is usually from the end of the year to March and April. The opening of the homestay just welcomes the arrival of the peak season of Sanya. Since we follow the differentiated business route in Houhai Village, we decided to follow the route of the online red shop at the beginning. The return rate of net red homestays is still very high. Before making a decision, we also pre -judged this project, including the prediction of the epidemic. For so long, I think it is very special to do a homestay. It can quickly closer the relationship between people. We can sit down in the store with our guests and eat and chat together. This time, most of the families who stayed in us were with children. Many guests told us that if it was not because the child was about to start school, they could continue to stay here.

Nowadays, tourists have left, and there are only 7 employees left in the homestay. These days, the short -term volunteers we have recruited have also left one after another. Among them, some people were about to start school, and some people left in advance because the epidemic disrupted. I don't know when the epidemic can end this time, but I feel that in the end of the epidemic, our mentality is gradually peaceful.
