The harmful garbage of all the above communities is responsible for receiving and transportation by the sanitation department, and recyclables shall be responsible for the implementation of the transportation.

Participants suggested that the construction of garbage classification and transportation systems and terminal disposal facilities should be stepped up, coordinating the planning of classification of garbage supporting facilities, transportation vehicles construction, smooth recycling disposal channels, and promoting the sustainable development of garbage classification work. We must raise funds with multiple channels, increase financial investment, and mobilize social forces to participate extensively to ensure the classification of garbage classification and disposal for special funds. It is necessary to create a demonstration site for garbage classification, play a leading role in demonstration, at the same time increase publicity, popularize the knowledge of garbage classification, and guide the masses to actively participate in garbage classification.
